Being healthy is more than a choice, it’s an attitude! In today’s date with gyms and diet plans springing up with on every corner, it’s hard not to ignore one’s own health. What more, many of us have even come up with personal goals of weight loss, six pack abs etc. so what’s stopping us?

While the reasons that prompt a delay in us starting off on our healthy routines could be many, the fact remains that more than anything; it’s a problem of attitude. We just don’t have the right attitude when it comes to being healthy! This lacksidal attitude towards health stems from the fact that we all believe that as long as we are in a disease free state, we are quite healthy.

But the truth is far from it, because maintaining a disease free state does not mean that we are healthy. Infact good health is much more than a disease free state! As you can avoid diseases easily with the help of medicines while still leading a grossly unhealthy lifestyle, which in the long term can cause a lot of harm to the individual.

Being healthy and maintaining your good health is a dynamic process which involves eating ‘good healthy’ food and exercising regularly to ensure that all your organs and tissues function well. To put it simply good health can easily be achieved with a right attitude that translates the word ‘healthy’ into actions that are actually healthy.
