Dear Sir, In emergency if myself and my spouse will have to be admitted in the Hospital and undergo for any operation and we do not have sufficient money in our house or bank, can we get the treatment on your card? I have claim document in the month of may 2011 after that pending doc asked from your side and the same got submitted with in the prescribed time limit . claim no is 15856544 and when ever i contact your office i am getting rever that its under processing. Dear Sir This is regarding the reimbursement of my few pre/post cash bill having policy no. 221600/48/11/06/00000799. Claim No. 15867610. For the last 20 days I have been trying to get my status but unfortunately still it is in process. Whenever I contact your executive on customer care no I get the same reply. There was one discrepancy in my case that was to deposit Original Report of Usg and Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology Test report. But unknowly at the time of surgery my mother/wife has given that original report to the Hospital to get approval from you. To avoid this difference I wrote a letter in which I had mentioned the reason why I could not send the original test report alongwith photocopy of this test report (Courier ref. 15867610) as advised by your executive. You are the best service provider but unfortunately it is taking a long time. I hope you will not mind to clear my dues asap as already it is very late. Kindly look into this matter urgently and if it is possible for you please give me a phone call. Thanks & regards Deepak Kumar 9818581557

In spite of repeated contacting the E-Meditek TPA card to be issued in respect of Oriental Policy No.27230048/20112963 issued for the period 17.2.2011 to 16.2.2011 in the name of Abha Sharma not received.
