1) Start with Skin care:

a) Moisturize your body
Moisturizing your body well is a must for men. Men have tougher skin which makes it prone to dryness, moisturizing the body keeps skin dryness at bay and improves the skin tone.
b) Use a sunscreen
Apply a good sunscreen after moisturizing your skin. Too much exposure to the ultra violet rays generates free radicals on the skins surface which causes sagging skin, wrinkles and damage to elastin and collagen. Elastin makes the skin firm and tight and losing elastin can cause age spots and wrinkles which will make men look older.
2) Promote Wellness:
Maintaining your overall health will help prevent illness and chronic ailments that can age you pre maturely. Promoting good lifestyle choices can keep the effects of aging at bay and help you look young.
a) Eat healthy
Eat healthy food. Add lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Make sure that your meals consist of food from all groups to help you look good. Eating a balanced meal that includes fruits and vegetables helps to maintain the Vitamin A and E levels in your body and this delay the signs of aging. Exercise regularly for at least 30 – 60 minutes a day. If you do not like to sweat out at the gym, you can perform light exercise like walking, jogging etc. Exercising will not only help you lose the excess weight but will make you look years younger.
c) Sleep well
Sleep well to look younger. Sleep is important for every individual as stress hormone drops to normal levels at night giving cells time to repair and rejuvenate. All adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Lack of sleep can result in dark circles; sagging skin and bags under the eye which makes men look older. Sleep deprivation increases stress levels and also affects you skin making you look older.
d) Quit smoking
