Explaining Medical Terms to a tough customer – and, sometimes, even to Medical Professionals - on phone. Otherwise she is seen taking marathon meetings with her battery of operations and customer service team members.

When she is not working:

Nilima, an excellent cook is a movie freak, an avid reader. When she is not reading, cooking, or watching a movie, she usually is caught watching Documentaries/Current Affairs on Discovery, NDTV Good Times or on News Channels.
