Remember your corporate sponsored/enabled health insurance/mediclaim card is not
applicable here.

Do I have to purchase/pay anything to get the Skipping/Jump Rope?

No, there is no purchase or payment to be made, whatsoever. This
is a free service currently open only for Medimanage Customers.

What is required to get eligible for the Gift?

All you need to do is the following :
• Fill the registration form on this page.
• Provide your currently running mediclaim policy copy – either by upload or
by calling for a pickup.

How will the document get picked up the documents?
|
|
In case you opt for a pick-up in the registration form, our document
personnel will call you and fix a mutually convenient time for pick-up from your
residence or from your office.
